Jon Plotner is a certified organizational leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in both ministry and the marketplace. He is passionate about coming alongside leaders to see their organizations thrive by equipping them with the tools they need to lead well. Jon utilizes his skills in process design, strategic planning, organizational coaching, project management, and change management to equip leaders to maximize their personal and organizational effectiveness.
After serving in an executive pastoral role at a 15,000 member church in Colorado, Jon currently serves as the Director of Implementation at Pushpay and an Executive Leadership Coach with The 4Sight Group. There he leads multiple teams that partner with church leaders to implement technology to help in building community, connection, and belonging. Jon has unique experience and understanding of both the ministry and marketplace and is passionate about helping marketplace leaders view their roles through the lens of ministry.
Jon utilizes his skills in process design, strategic planning, leadership coaching, project management, and change management while focusing on the use of technology to maximize ministry effectiveness.
Jon has a master’s degree in ministerial leadership from Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University He is a certified organizational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (certified by the International Coaching Federation), a PROSCI certified change management practitioner, certified facilitator for The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace, licensed facilitator for The Leadership Challenge, and certified facilitator of The Working Genius.
