Hiding. We\u2019ve all done it. Our reasons are vast, but the damage is real. Maybe it\u2019s because of the jealousy of others. Perhaps it\u2019s the fear that our success will make others uncomfortable. We\u2019ve all shrunk back for fear of something. Fear that we will not be accepted. Fear that will be judged more critically. Fear that we will not be good enough. So ... we shrink ... and we are made small.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we wrap up 2022 and embark upon a new year full of possibility, where are you shrinking back? Where have you allowed the thoughts, opinions, criticisms, and judgements of others stop you short of your full potential?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
